Week 1
Choose the process and the goal
- List the repetitive tasks that steal the most time from the team
- Pick ONE process only, high-impact and with clear rules
- Define the measurable result (hours back / errors / cycle time)
- Identify who, internally, owns the agent

Week 2
Design the flow and the checkpoints
- Map the process step by step, as a person does it today
- Decide where the agent acts alone and where a human validates
- Name the owner of the final output
- Check the data and tools involved (email, CRM, ERP, documents)

Week 3
Put the agent on trial
- Configure the agent on the process, connected to your tools
- Run it supervised, validating every output
- Log errors and fix the instructions / boundaries
- Involve juniors in validation: they learn the yardstick

Week 4
Measure, consolidate, decide whether to extend
- Compare the result with the week 1 goal
- Loosen controls where reliability is proven
- Calculate time given back and output per person
- Decide the next process — one step at a time
